Brand & Marketing Design Team Lead

About the role

Connecteam, a platform for managing deskless teams used by over 80,000 businesses worldwide, is looking for a Brand & Marketing Design Team Lead to join its marketing team and lead its internal design studio. You will build and manage a team of designers, copywriters and animators that delivers creative assets for product launches, brand assets and global websites, covering design from planning to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Set the creative standard, give direction and step in personally to fix issues
• Own the brand across website, landing pages, events, films, social, decks and employer branding
• Build the production infrastructure: briefing, review cycles, asset management and AI-assisted pipelines
• Integrate generative AI (e.g. Midjourney, Figma AI, MCP, Higgsfield) into the workflow as a production tool
• Translate business briefs into creative design and partner with product marketing, growth, HR and other teams

Required profile

• Proven track record of 5+ years leading a creative design team in a SaaS or tech company
• A hands-on design leader who guides visual direction and makes things better
• Natural mentor and team builder who has grown designers and built workflows
• Ability to turn insights into ideas and make B2B feel human

Required skills

• Fluent understanding of brand and close partnership with product marketing, growth and HR
• Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Figma AI and MCP
