BIM Manager

About the role

The BIM Manager will work closely with the project management team to coordinate geometry and multidisciplinary design for large‑scale infrastructure projects. Using advanced BIM tools, the role ensures high‑quality coordination, clash detection, and continuous optimization across building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project geometry and multidisciplinary design in collaboration with the project management team.
• Perform coordination reviews, clash detection, and quality control using Autodesk Revit and related BIM software.
• Develop and lead coordination guidelines to resolve design conflicts and optimize solutions.
• Monitor the design coordination process and ensure meeting decisions are fully implemented.
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing optimization measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning or management using BIM methodology.
• Strong technological aptitude and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Experience on infrastructure projects is a significant advantage.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit (required).
• Autodesk Navisworks (advantage).
• Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (significant advantage).
