Billing & Collections Specialist

About the role

Reeco is looking for an entry‑level Billing & Collections Specialist to support its hospitality‑tech platform. You will work closely with the US entity, vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely cash collection.

Key responsibilities

• Issue accurate, timely customer invoices and manage billing inquiries.
• Own end‑to‑end collections: track receivables, follow up proactively, accelerate payments and flag risks.
• Reconcile incoming payments (Stripe and bank) and keep accounts receivable clean.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Account Management to resolve issues and speed up collections.
• Track, analyze and report on collections activity and AR performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve collections processes and operational efficiency.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (or currently completing one).
• Strong comfort with numbers, reconciliations and attention to detail.
• Native English speaker.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented with strong ownership and follow‑through.
• Comfortable working across Israel/US time zones and with multiple stakeholders.
• Discretion and reliability handling sensitive financial data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with billing/payment systems (Stripe is a plus).
