Assistant Controller

About the role

Energix is seeking an Assistant Controller to join its Group Finance Headquarters in Ramat Gan. The role sits at the core of the finance organization, supporting global financial reporting, accounting, and finance transformation initiatives across the United States, Europe and Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the Group's quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Support monthly financial closing and reporting for all subsidiaries.
• Review, analyse and test reporting packages submitted by international subsidiaries.
• Perform variance analysis, analytical reviews and reasonableness testing of financial data.
• Assist with technical accounting analyses and implementation of new IFRS requirements.
• Participate in SOX compliance activities, including documentation and testing.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects such as ERP implementation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with finance teams in the US, Europe and Israel to ensure consistent reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and advisors throughout the reporting process.
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses and support strategic finance initiatives.

Required profile

• CPA certification (mandatory).
• Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance.
• Proven experience with consolidated financial reporting and month‑end close.
• Ability to work with international finance teams and external auditors.
