Amazon Marketplace Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of a growing Amazon channel. This hands‑on position blends marketplace management, performance marketing, commercial strategy, and day‑to‑day execution to drive revenue, profitability, and overall channel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Amazon marketplace channel end‑to‑end, from product listings to advertising.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy with responsibility for revenue, profitability and key commercial KPIs.
• Optimize product listings, SEO, A+ Content, brand storefronts, pricing, promotions and product launches.
• Plan, launch and continuously improve Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) – managing keywords, bids, budgets and targeting.
• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion rates, rankings, advertising performance, reviews, competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on demand forecasting, inventory availability, replenishment and stock planning.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams in Growth, Creative, Finance, Customer Experience and Supply Chain.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing and growing an Amazon marketplace business.
• Experience in consumer products, beauty, wellness or e‑commerce is preferred.
• Proven track record owning Amazon performance across commercial strategy, marketplace operations and advertising.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with solid understanding of Amazon KPIs (ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently on multiple priorities.
