AI Product Owner

About the role

GE HealthCare, a global leader in medical imaging and digital health technologies, is looking for an AI Product Owner in Haifa. The role defines, consolidates and prioritizes cross-product inputs for a unified clinical AI capability, gathering and synchronizing requirements from several Product Managers so that AI features are as system-level and agnostic as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers across product lines to collect, analyze and consolidate clinical AI needs into unified feature-level requirements.
• Prioritize AI requirements consistently based on clinical impact, product strategy and technical feasibility.
• Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with Product Managers to refine requirements, capture gaps and adapt prioritization as products evolve.
• Translate cross-product needs into clear, structured definitions, user flows, CTQs and feature specifications for the AI R&D team.
• Ensure alignment and consistency of requirements across teams to support an AI-agnostic clinical capability.
• Collaborate with AI, Data, Clinical and UX functions so requirements are understood, feasible and traceable.
• Identify requirement-level risks, inconsistencies or conflicts and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Document requirements, rationales and prioritization decisions to support transparency and regulatory processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience in product management, system definition or AI/ML-related product development.
• Strong understanding of AI workflows, data needs and clinical use cases.
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholders, manage conflicting inputs and drive alignment.
• Experience with clinical or healthcare technology; medical imaging experience is a strong advantage.
