AI Growth Marketer

About the role

Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, is looking for an AI Growth Marketer in Tel Aviv. The role suits someone who lives and breathes AI and wants to channel that into marketing: AI tools are the default way of working, and the person builds with AI agents and workflows rather than spreadsheets and slide decks. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Own marketing projects end to end, from strategy to execution, using AI as the primary working environment
• Create campaigns, landing pages, product content and customer stories at a speed and volume made possible by AI fluency
• Build your own tools, automations and AI workflows to solve marketing problems
• Run growth experiments across channels, testing messaging, creatives and audiences to find what drives sign-ups and engagement
• Lead product launches alongside Product and Growth teams, shaping positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans
• Keep up with new AI models and tools and apply them to marketing before others do

Required profile

• Demonstrated AI fluency, with real experience building with tools such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor or Replit
• Experience building AI-assisted projects such as agents, automations, apps, content systems or workflows
• Passion for marketing and an intuition for what makes people click, sign up and stay; formal marketing experience is a plus
• High agency and independence, owning projects from A to Z with minimal hand-holding
• Strong written communication, able to simplify complex ideas and write connecting copy
• Comfort with speed and ambiguity in fast-moving environments
