About the role

Riverside is an AI‑powered platform that helps creators, podcasters and marketers produce professional‑grade content at scale. As VP Marketing you will own the end‑to‑end funnel, shape the brand, and lead a global team from Tel Aviv.

Key responsibilities

• Own the numbers: drive the full funnel from awareness to subscription for both self‑serve and Business plans, managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Own the brand: define Riverside’s positioning, voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Lead a team: manage an experienced group of 30+ marketers across performance, content, creative, lifecycle and product marketing, setting standards, developing talent and hiring where needed.
• Go global from Tel Aviv: build and execute marketing strategies that win in the US and other international markets while operating the team remotely.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling a company from 8‑figure ARR to $250M+ and building a marketing engine for rapid growth.
• Hands‑on ownership of a self‑serve or product‑led growth funnel at meaningful volume, with clear impact on CAC, conversion and retention.
• Full‑stack marketing expertise across performance acquisition, brand building and product marketing.
• Demonstrated success running marketing programs for US and other global audiences.
• Product‑led mindset: comfortable thinking in terms of activation, conversion and retention rather than lead lists.
• Career trajectory showing steep growth in fast‑scaling companies, with expanding scope and responsibility.
