Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

Elbit Group is seeking a Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager to lead its global tax function from Haifa. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Israel and worldwide, ensuring compliance with international and local tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s transfer pricing activities, reviewing inter‑company transactions and preparing documentation in line with OECD guidelines and Israeli law.
• Prepare and report Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CBCR) and Master File documentation.
• Implement Pillar II legislation and support related reporting requirements in Israel and other jurisdictions.
• Consolidate, monitor and report tax results across Group companies, meeting deadlines and business objectives.
• Review international tax aspects of projects, M&A activities and organizational restructuring.
• Support tax examinations and ensure compliance with tax incentive laws.
• Monitor tax reporting in financial statements according to US GAAP and ASC 740.
• Collaborate with professional and business interfaces globally and report directly to the Director of Tax.

Required profile

• CPA or Attorney at Law with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Law.
• Graduate of a Tax or Transfer Pricing department in a large accounting firm (Big 4).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation and transfer pricing.
• Experience in global public companies is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP income taxes, ASC 740, Israeli income tax, VAT and incentive laws.
• High‑level English (written and spoken) and excellent analytical and communication skills.
