Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Israel

About the role

UCT is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Israel team. In this role you will act as a trusted talent‑acquisition partner, managing the full recruitment life‑cycle and building strong relationships with hiring managers across the semiconductor and manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a TA consultant, advising hiring managers on hiring plans and market trends.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Job Street, referrals and other tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Stay informed on local talent market risks, competitor activity and compensation trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within Talent Acquisition.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting for semiconductor or manufacturing roles is a plus.
• Strong drive for results, proactive attitude and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand business goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Job Street.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
