Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

Alma, a global leader in medical‑aesthetic technologies, is seeking a hands‑on Social Media & Content Specialist to shape its digital presence in Israel. You will work closely with sales, clinical, and global marketing teams to create compelling content and drive performance‑based campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing across paid and organic channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Create high‑quality marketing content for professional and B2B audiences, including short‑form video and organic posts.
• Capture, edit, and repurpose field content from workshops, trainings, conferences, launches, and sales activities.
• Drive lead‑generation initiatives: build funnels, landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and track performance.
• Manage marketing automation and email systems, handling audience segmentation, deployment, and analysis.
• Analyze metrics such as leads, engagement, reach, conversion, CTR, CPL, and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain a premium brand voice consistent with Alma’s global standards while adapting to local market needs.
• Propose new formats, creative campaigns, and content ideas to strengthen the brand and support business growth.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in digital, social media, content, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record in creating digital content, managing paid campaigns, and generating leads.
• High level of English (written and spoken) and ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Highly independent, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
