Senior Signal Integrity Engineer – Autonomous Vehicle Hardware

About the role

Mobileye is seeking a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer to join its Autonomous Vehicle hardware team. You will lead the analysis and optimisation of signal and power integrity for next‑generation automotive electronic systems, ensuring high‑performance designs that meet industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform SI simulations for high‑speed interfaces such as LPDDR4/5, PCIe Gen4/5, A/C/D‑PHY and Multi‑Gigabit Ethernet.
• Conduct PI simulations to optimise target impedance and AC coupling in power delivery networks.
• Collaborate with silicon and hardware designers, IP providers, validation teams, EDA vendors and product managers to resolve SI/PI issues.
• Partner with the Electrical Validation team for joint simulation and measurement activities.
• Analyse root causes of SI/PI failures and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Signal/Power Integrity Engineer.
• Proven track record in SI and PI analysis for automotive electronics.

Required skills

• Simulation tools: HyperLynx, ANSYS, ADS or equivalent with 2.5D/3D extraction capability.
• Strong knowledge of transmission‑line theory, electromagnetic principles and PCB design best practices.
• Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and Time‑Domain Reflectometers (TDR) for SI/PI validation.
