Senior Regulatory Counsel

About the role

Playtika is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel to join its legal team. The role will work closely with game studios, legal, privacy, compliance and competitive intelligence functions to ensure products meet existing and emerging regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate and advise on regulatory and legal requirements and industry best practices relevant to the gaming industry.
• Draft, review and maintain policies and processes in collaboration with the Compliance team.
• Provide regulatory guidance to legal colleagues on new products and features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement regulatory requirements and monitor ongoing compliance.
• Respond to internal requests for advice and manage outside counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
• Support regulatory affairs activities.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Israel, a US or EU jurisdiction.
• Experience in a global in‑house legal team within gaming, content, social media or high‑tech regulatory roles, or at a major law firm.
• Knowledge of laws applicable to B2C online services, mobile apps, consumer protection, e‑commerce and online safety in the EU and at least one of the UK, US or Australia.
• Experience dealing with regulators and implementing new regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and roll out compliance policies and training.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and communication skills in English.
