Senior Principal Quality Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Principal Quality Lead to drive quality initiatives across solution-level features, ensuring the highest standards of quality in our cloud‑based SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage quality activities for cross‑group solution‑level features, aligning with overall quality goals.
• Define end‑to‑end (E2E) scenarios for cross‑group projects and ensure they are covered by manual and automated testing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality‑related matters for the unit or cross‑group feature.
• Collaborate with various personas to promote a quality mindset, best practices, tools, and product knowledge.
• Identify gaps requiring centralized solutions and work with centralized QA, PMO, and other quality leads to implement holistic processes.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role within a complex, multi‑departmental environment.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Technical expertise in cloud‑based large‑scale SaaS products and continuous integration, testing, and monitoring tools.
