Senior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Designer to create innovative toys, packaging and brand experiences for global licensed brands. The role blends product design, 3D visualization, market research and end‑to‑end project ownership from concept through production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop toy concepts, packaging designs and 3D models for worldwide brands.
• Conduct market research and translate insights into design solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including material selection, prototyping, tooling and shipping.
• Coordinate with licensors, Chinese factories, internal designers, project managers, marketing and sales teams.
• Handle English correspondence with factories regarding development specifications, pricing and timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing toys, packaging or print‑based products.
• Strong understanding of toy construction, materials and manufacturing processes (plastic, plush, electronics, etc.).
• Familiarity with licensing agreements, development constraints and rights‑holder requirements is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven creative environment.
