Revenue Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maintaining the transient rooms inventory across the hotel cluster, maximizing revenue from transient guests, and releasing group rooms back into the general inventory. The role also recommends pricing and positioning strategies, ensures clean booking windows, and oversees the inventory management system to align with agreed‑upon selling strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze actual sales versus projections, generate detailed reports and presentations, and identify trends to refine revenue strategies.
• Maintain accurate reservation system data, manage room inventory, and coordinate pricing recommendations with hotel general managers.
• Conduct sales‑strategy analysis, adjust rate restrictions, and communicate updates to properties and reservation centers.
• Utilize demand‑forecasting and revenue‑management systems to implement and control selling strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue tests.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field with at least 3 years of revenue‑management or sales‑marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders, act as a liaison between properties and regional/corporate support, and communicate strategy updates effectively.
