Retail Sales Associate – Resort

About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at a Club Med resort you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the shop. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, understand guest needs and help them find the right products while contributing to the overall resort experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, identify their needs and provide personalized advice.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain shop inventory, manage supplies and ensure proper storage.
• Apply Club Med merchandising standards to create attractive product displays.
• Collaborate with other resort services (sports, events, etc.) to promote commercial activities.
• Ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations and protect resort assets.

• Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual merchandising.
• Performance‑driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
