Petit Club Coordinator – Early Childhood Care

About the role

As a Petit Club Coordinator you will create a safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers (4 months to 2 years) at a Club Med resort. Parents rely on your gentle, reassuring approach while children benefit from age‑appropriate activities that support their development.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and families, building confidence and trust.
• Plan, organise and lead manual activities, workshops, games, stories and songs tailored to each child’s rhythm.
• Supervise children during all on‑site activities and excursions around the resort.
• Ensure strict compliance with Club Med hygiene, safety regulations and asset maintenance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and respond promptly to any safety concerns.
