Patient Engagement Medical Advisor

About the role

As a Patient Engagement Medical Advisor you will shape how patients understand and interact with scientific evidence, translating medical data into meaningful experiences that support people living with chronic diseases.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Excellence to develop and medically review patient‑facing materials, ensuring scientific accuracy, compliance and clarity.
• Organise and support patient activities and educational initiatives that improve knowledge, support and health outcomes.
• Convert medical and scientific evidence into patient activation concepts and co‑create patient materials aligned with approved product information.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal and internal governance to guarantee that patient communications meet regulatory and ethical standards and are updated as evidence evolves.
• Align cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance and Customer Excellence to prioritise and execute impact‑driven programmes.
• Adapt patient engagement content and medical strategy to new evidence, patient needs and internal learnings while maintaining scientific rigor.

Required profile

• Advanced medical or scientific degree (MD, PhD, DVM, DMD, PharmD or equivalent).
• Experience in Medical Affairs, preferably with exposure to patient activation, engagement or education initiatives.
• Proven experience reviewing and approving patient‑facing scientific or medical content (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities and a collaborative mindset across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance and Customer Excellence.
• Proactive, well‑organised with strong analytical, planning and communication capabilities.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
