NOC Operator – 24/7 Shift in Shfela Area

About the role

A leading organization in the Shfela area is seeking an experienced NOC Operator to join the team that continuously monitors and operates its core IT systems. The role involves real‑time system monitoring, incident identification, initial troubleshooting and escalation to technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor core IT systems and scheduled processes.
• Identify incidents and system failures in real time.
• Perform initial Level 1 troubleshooting.
• Monitor system availability and operational continuity.
• Operate enterprise computing systems in a 24/7 environment.
• Escalate incidents to the appropriate technical teams.
• Support the continuous operation of critical IT environments.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a NOC Operator, NOC Analyst or Computer Operator.
• Experience with system monitoring and initial troubleshooting.
• Availability for 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience operating enterprise or central computing systems (advantage).
• Mainframe (MF) experience (advantage) and familiarity with IT infrastructure (advantage).
