Medical Device Sales Representative – Surgical Solutions

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is looking for a Medical Device Sales Representative to drive growth of surgical product lines across the Central and Southern regions of Israel. The role focuses on building relationships with surgeons, hospitals and procurement teams, promoting innovative Ethicon solutions and supporting patients through advanced surgical care.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers in operating rooms, hospitals and medical centers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating‑room staff and purchasing departments.
• Present, demonstrate and explain the features and clinical benefits of Ethicon surgical products.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical or surgical device sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to understand and convey clinical applications of surgical technologies.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
