About the role

The Medical Affairs Manager in Gyneco‑Oncology is responsible for developing and executing the country’s Medical Affairs strategy, dedicating up to 50% of time to external scientific engagements. The role bridges global medical goals with local execution, ensuring balanced scientific exchange and supporting patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate actionable medical insights to shape company strategy.
• Translate global medical objectives into local tactical plans and adapt them to business realities.
• Manage Investigator‑Initiated Study proposals aligned with the company’s ISS program.
• Collaborate with research labs and Global Clinical Trial Operations to identify investigators and support clinical development programs.
• Provide non‑promotional, balanced scientific information in line with regulations.
• Build trust with the external scientific community through peer‑to‑peer exchange, advisory boards, and educational symposia.
• Lead regulatory, compliance, and asset issue resolution, including safety and quality matters.
• Support market access activities such as health technology assessments and reimbursement dossiers.
• Deliver prompt medical information responses to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical affairs within oncology or gynecology.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional strategy collaboration and execution.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience in managing investigator‑initiated studies and supporting clinical trial activities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with scientific societies, health organizations, and internal teams.
