Materials Planner – Flavors Plant

About the role

SodaStream, a global beverage company within PepsiCo, is seeking a Materials Planner to join the planning team at its Flavors Plant. This role combines analytical thinking, global collaboration, and a direct impact on manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end material planning, ensuring material availability and continuous production support.
• Lead inventory optimisation initiatives and develop smart, dynamic inventory policies.
• Plan materials based on short‑ and long‑term forecasts.
• Analyse forecasts, set production priorities and balance operational constraints.
• Collaborate daily with global stakeholders including suppliers, procurement, operations, quality and logistics.
• Participate in decision‑making processes within the Production Planning function and support ongoing team activities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in Production Planning (PPC).
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic, cross‑functional setting.
• Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
