Marketing & Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Specialist who will own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market initiatives, manage marketing operations and support growth across our strategic practices. The role is highly hands‑on, requiring operational excellence, cross‑functional collaboration and a data‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and execute multi‑channel campaigns, including conferences, webinars, roundtables and content‑led programs.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to support email communications, newsletters, audience segmentation and data quality.
• Create high‑impact marketing materials, internal briefs and client‑facing presentations with strong PowerPoint design.
• Leverage generative AI tools daily for content creation, market research and productivity.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, focusing on ROI, engagement metrics and business impact.
• Serve as primary contact for partners, directors and senior managers, translating business needs into marketing actions.
• Support internal governance processes, including conflict checks, branding reviews and coordination with finance, procurement and risk teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operational marketing, preferably in B2B, technology or professional services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Native‑level Hebrew and highly proficient English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
• Advanced PowerPoint design and presentation skills.
• Practical use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data.
