Legal Counsel

About the role

Connecteam is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will act as an in‑house attorney, handling a wide range of commercial, privacy and emerging AI‑related legal matters for a global SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and review commercial agreements such as procurement, licensing, sales, vendor and partnership contracts.
• Create and maintain standard contract templates, business processes and internal policies.
• Address privacy and data‑protection issues across Connecteam’s worldwide operations.
• Provide legal advice to marketing and sales teams and ensure compliance with evolving legislation.
• Monitor legislative changes and adapt company policies accordingly.

Required profile

• LLB (or equivalent) with current Bar admission or equivalent registration.
• 4‑7 years of experience in a commercial or high‑tech department of a leading law firm and as in‑house counsel.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize critical legal issues and manage projects independently.

Required skills

• Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, software license agreements, NDAs and reseller/distribution agreements.
• Familiarity with data‑protection and privacy laws in Israel and internationally, including HIPAA (advantage).
• Experience with AI‑related tools and an understanding of AI‑based legal considerations (advantage).
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Hebrew.
