Investment Analyst – Non‑Traded Credit

About the role

Phoenix Financial is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its Non‑Traded Credit team. You will work on large‑scale private‑debt transactions both in Israel and internationally, collaborating closely with senior executives and influencing key investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large‑scale non‑traded credit transactions in Israel and abroad.
• Support rating processes and debt‑restructuring procedures.
• Lead due‑diligence efforts for complex debt transactions.
• Formulate investment recommendations and present them to credit and investment committees.
• Interface directly with senior stakeholders and leading corporations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of analyst experience in banking corporate divisions, consulting, economic departments, project finance, or capital markets.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience building financial models is a plus.
