Internal Auditor – Insurance & Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to join PassportCard Group’s Internal Audit Department in Netanya. The role focuses on the insurance and financial services business, requiring strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits across underwriting, claims and payment processes.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to detect exceptions, risks and emerging trends.
• Critically evaluate existing procedures and recommend innovative enhancements.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders in a dynamic, changing environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Internal Auditor within the insurance industry (mandatory).
• In‑depth knowledge of the financial services sector (advantage).
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities using advanced analytical tools.
• High‑level critical and creative thinking, intellectual flexibility and curiosity.
• Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
