Guest Relation Agent – Resort Hospitality

About the role

As a Guest Relation Agent you will be the primary point of contact for international guests staying at a Club Med resort. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, anticipate needs, and ensure each guest enjoys a memorable experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor guest stays and proactively address any issues to build loyalty.
• Respond to guest requests, including translations, local information, and special services.
• Support the Front Desk team to streamline the overall guest experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and suggest them to the manager.
• Report service malfunctions or guest complaints and propose effective solutions.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
• Helpful, attentive, and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with international visitors.
• Fluent in at least two languages.

Required skills

• Multilingual communication (minimum two languages).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
