Global Brand Specialist – Marketing Communications

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Global Brand Specialist to join Sodastream’s Global Marketing team. Working closely with the Global Brand Identity Marketing Manager, you will help translate the brand strategy into compelling content and communications across multiple markets, gaining exposure to how a worldwide brand is built, governed, and evolved.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of global brand and marketing communications initiatives across markets and functions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for multiple brand‑related initiatives.
• Coordinate brand governance processes and provide feedback to ensure a consistent global brand identity.
• Partner with global teams and local markets to ensure brand guidelines are understood, adopted, and applied.
• Support global content development, collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and creative partners.
• Contribute to innovative content creation approaches, including AI‑driven processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand tools, processes, and ways of working, driving operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or marketing communications.
• Strong passion for branding, content, and creative communications.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational abilities, with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Creative mindset with a keen interest in evaluating and improving brand content.
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable engaging with global and local teams.
• Positive, flexible, hands‑on attitude thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English.
