Director of Product Management

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Israel‑based product team and report directly to the Chief Product Officer in the US. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of cyber‑resilience and define an emerging category.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers in Israel.
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Own product roadmap prioritization and drive execution across multiple product areas.
• Develop Product Managers through coaching, feedback, and career growth.
• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to deliver impactful products.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to translate challenges into product opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership.
• Drive product decisions using customer insights, data, and business priorities.
• Help shape product culture, processes, and best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Previous experience managing Product Managers.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and driving roadmap execution.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
• Background in technology‑focused cybersecurity companies.
• Strong product thinking combined with excellent execution skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.
