Customer Service Representative (Hebrew, Russian, English)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will work in a hybrid setting from our Tel Aviv office. The role involves assisting customers of WorldCom Finance, an internet‑based platform for instant money transfers and bank deposits, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous support to customers via phone, email or chat.
• Communicate clearly in Hebrew, Russian and English to understand and resolve inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and guide users through solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant departments while following up on resolutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling customer inquiries and issues.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in Hebrew, Russian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Knowledge of financial services or banking is a plus.
