CRM Marketing Manager (Email & Social)

About the role

Lev Haolam is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to lead email and social media communications for Israel Cart, an online marketplace that connects customers with family‑owned businesses across Israel. You will shape mission‑driven campaigns that build lasting relationships and drive customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage email marketing using Klaviyo and social channels (Instagram, Facebook).
• Plan and execute a content calendar across CRM and social platforms.
• Build and optimise lifecycle campaigns such as welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, post‑purchase and re‑engagement flows.
• Create compelling copy and collaborate on visual assets using an AI‑powered design system.
• Run A/B tests, analyse performance metrics (CTR, open rate, conversion) and continuously improve results.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors and other contributors to deliver high‑quality campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing with a strong focus on email and social media.
• Excellent English copywriting skills (C1+) and ability to write naturally for a US audience.
• Proactive, self‑driven mindset with ownership and idea‑generation capabilities.
