Corporate M&A Attorney (Corporate & Securities)

About the role

Herzog Fox & Neeman is seeking a skilled and motivated lawyer to join the corporate M&A team within its Corporate & Securities Department. The team advises leading private equity and venture capital funds as well as technology and other private and public companies on cross‑border M&A, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate governance, joint ventures and related legal and commercial matters. The role offers the chance to work with local and international clients in fast‑moving sectors such as defence‑tech, cybersecurity, generative AI, fintech and media & entertainment.

Required profile

• 1‑6 years of experience at a leading law firm in Israel or a common‑law jurisdiction (US, UK, Canada, Australia), preferably in corporate law, M&A, venture capital, joint ventures or corporate governance.
• Graduated from a top educational institution in Israel or a common‑law jurisdiction and admitted to practice law in Israel and/or the relevant jurisdiction.
• Native‑level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated excellence in corporate law with experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents.
• Passionate, ambitious and able to thrive in a challenging, fast‑paced environment, with curiosity about emerging technologies.
• Proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
