Clinical Support Specialist – Orthopedics (Israel)

About the role

The Clinical Support Specialist provides expert clinical and technical assistance for orthopedic procedures, working closely with the sales team and healthcare professionals across the central region of Israel. This field‑based position involves supporting surgical cases directly in the operating room and helping drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating‑room teams, and key customers.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of products, technologies, clinical applications, and competitive offerings.
• Support the sales team in achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional service.
• Gather market intelligence, including customer needs, competitor activities, and hospital processes.
• Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals as required.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant clinical/scientific background (preferred).
• Previous experience in the medical‑device industry or healthcare environment is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, field‑based environment, including operating‑room support.
