Chief Financial Officer

About the role

A leading publicly traded company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer for a key executive leadership position. We are looking for a currently serving CFO of a publicly traded company, with strong business orientation, hands‑on leadership capabilities and proven experience operating in a complex corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial strategy and overall finance function.
• Full responsibility for financial reporting, regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO, Board of Directors and senior management.
• Lead and support M&A processes and strategic transactions.
• Oversee financial activities across subsidiaries and international operations.
• Drive financial and business processes supporting the company’s growth and strategic objectives.

Required profile

• CPA – required.
• Currently serving as CFO of a publicly traded company – mandatory.
• Proven experience in financial leadership within a public company environment.
• Strong knowledge of public‑company reporting, regulation and corporate governance.
• Proven experience in M&A and complex transactions – significant advantage.
• Strong business and commercial orientation.
• Experience working with senior management and Boards of Directors.
• Excellent English.
• Hands‑on, independent and execution‑oriented approach.
