Call Center Sales Training & Performance Specialist

About the role

Pango is seeking a Call Center Sales Training & Performance Specialist to elevate sales results across its nationwide network of contact centers in Israel. You will work closely with field teams to design, implement, and refine sales methodologies, scripts, and performance‑boosting initiatives, leveraging data, technology, and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of sales processes and performance‑improvement projects across all Pango call centers.
• Develop, refine, and implement high‑quality sales scripts and methodologies.
• Drive initiatives that enhance sales quality and customer interactions.
• Define sales KPIs, monitor performance reports, analyze trends, and champion continuous improvement.
• Identify and apply automation and AI tools to optimise sales processes.
• Coach, train, and support the professional development of sales representatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in call‑center sales environments with leading Israeli companies.
• Track record delivering sales training and workshops focused on performance, target achievement, objection handling, and technique improvement.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently between call centers.
• Strong influence, communication, and change‑management abilities.
• Highly proactive, independent, and capable of leading end‑to‑end initiatives.
