Buyer – Procurement Specialist

About the role

Airobotics, a leader in autonomous drone systems for defense and industrial applications, is looking for an experienced Buyer to join its procurement team. The role focuses on sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of components for advanced products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, from purchase order creation to delivery tracking.
• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Planning, Logistics, R&D, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Maximum 2 years of experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist, preferably in electronics/components.
• Proven ability to lead procurement processes independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in global supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) and a relevant academic degree.
• Full‑time, on‑site availability in Petah Tikva.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle NetSuite.
