Bookkeeper – Global Finance Team

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. In this critical position you will manage the full cycle of bookkeeping tasks across multiple regions, providing the accurate data needed for strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily general ledger operations and record journal entries with high accuracy.
• Manage global payables, including payments to international suppliers and petty‑cash handling.
• Perform complex reconciliations for credit cards, banks, suppliers and inter‑company accounts across different regions.
• Maintain complete and audit‑ready accounting records at all times.
• Collaborate with the Head Accountant to support month‑end closing and scaling accounting projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Certified Bookkeeping Levels 1 and 2.
• Strong command of advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Prior experience in an international company is a strong advantage.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
