Beauty Advisor / Make‑up Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Make‑up Artist you will combine creative and technical makeup expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience. You will work as part of a high‑performing team, supporting in‑store events and ensuring visual merchandising standards exceed those of competitors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalised makeup consultations to customers.
• Educate shoppers on product use and trends, creating memorable experiences.
• Assist with the planning and execution of in‑store beauty events.
• Maintain high‑standard visual merchandising to showcase prestige beauty products.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale (POS) software for transactions and inventory.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to demonstrate high levels of creative and technical makeup expertise.
• Willingness to work retail schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited for interview.
