Beauty Advisor / Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Artist you will combine creative and technical makeup expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while supporting high‑impact in‑store events and maintaining visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on product use and trends, creating an inspirational shopping environment.
• Assist with the planning and execution of in‑store beauty events.
• Ensure visual‑merchandising standards are met to differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale (POS) software efficiently.

Required profile

• Creative, self‑starting individual with a strong passion for beauty and people.
• Ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
• Certification in makeup artistry or retail makeup experience is preferred, but amateur‑level talent is also welcomed.
