Beauty Advisor / Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Artist you will combine creative makeup expertise with technical skill to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while supporting a high‑performing team that drives in‑store events and visual merchandising excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored makeup consultations that inspire and educate shoppers.
• Assist with in‑store events and promotions to boost brand visibility.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a passion for beauty and people.
• Ability to deliver authentic, personalised customer service.
• Willingness to work varied retail schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country.

Required skills

• Professional makeup artistry (creative and technical expertise).
• Experience with retail POS software.
