B2B Phone Sales Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on outbound and inbound phone outreach to prospective B2B clients, presenting Impact Media’s AI‑powered marketing solutions and qualifying leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound phone outreach to prospective B2B clients, presenting Impact Media’s AI marketing and performance solutions.
• Manage call lists and CRM records, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales and account teams.
• Support the sales cycle from initial contact to proposal, collaborating with marketing and account management to align messaging and understand client needs.
• Meet individual and team sales targets, provide feedback on campaigns, and continuously refine scripts based on performance data.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with strong cold‑calling skills.
• Fluent/native Hebrew language proficiency.
• Experience speaking directly with business owners, CEOs, managers and decision‑makers.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing‑deal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, handle rejection and consistently pursue sales targets.
