B2B Marketing Specialist

About the role

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services is seeking a hands‑on B2B Marketing Specialist to drive a variety of marketing initiatives across CRM, AI‑enabled operations, campaigns and content production. The role blends execution, coordination, creativity and data‑driven thinking while collaborating with internal teams, design studios and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day work within a CRM/marketing automation platform, building audience segmentation, customer journeys, workflows and lifecycle campaigns.
• Design, implement and maintain AI agents and AI‑driven marketing workflows to boost efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product and external partners on marketing operations.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, automation and operational tasks.
• Support and coordinate B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, writing briefs and managing deliverables with internal teams and agencies.
• Produce marketing materials for digital campaigns, sales enablement and brand initiatives.
• Assist performance marketing activities, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Marketing Operations or Digital Marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform.
• Proven ability to build segmentation, workflows and customer journeys.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing; experience building AI agents or automations is a plus.
• Experience managing marketing materials and working with creative/design teams or agencies.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset and excellent English communication.
