Attorney – Trust Services Department

About the role

We are seeking an Attorney to join our Trust Services Department, providing legal and professional support on trust matters and employee equity compensation plans. The role involves advising both Israeli and international companies and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support on trust matters and employee equity compensation plans in line with the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance.
• Assist private and public companies in managing employee stock option and share plans.
• Advise operational teams and clients on legal, tax, and trust issues related to compensation plans.
• Support share purchase transactions as a legal trustee.
• Review tax rulings and arrangements, offering implementation guidance.
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, agreements, and allocation documents.
• Liaise with the Israel Tax Authority and submit required documentation.
• Maintain collaboration with internal stakeholders and external parties in Israel and abroad.

Required profile

• LL.B. or Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Admission to the Israeli Bar Association.
• 1–2 years of experience as an attorney.
• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.
• Strong attention to detail, service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
