נציג.ת הזמנות ותפעול לקוחותלחברת תיירות הסקי SKIDEAL דרוש/ה נציג/ת הזמנות ותפעול לקוחות.למחלקת ההזמנות שלנו דרוש/ה אדם שירותי, אחראי ומדויק, שילווה את הזמנות הלקוחות מרגע המכירה ועד היציאה לחופשה.התפקיד כולל:* טיפול שוטף בהזמנות ובקשר עם הלקוחות.* טיפול בתשלומים, קבלות, חשבוניות ומסמכים.* שינויים, ביטולים ובקרה על תקינות ההזמנה.* אחריות על שליחת חומר הנסיעה לחופשה, בדיקת מלאים וכו.דרישות:סדר, דיוק וירידה לפרטים - חובה.שליטה טובה במערכות מחשב ותודעת שירות גבוהה.ניסיון בתפעול/הזמנות/בק אופיס – יתרון.מישרה מלאה בשעות עבודה נוחות במשרדינו המהממים במגדל עיר ימים, נתניה.מתאים גם למישרת אם מלאה(עבודה של 08:30-16:00 ועוד שעתיים מהבית בערב)סביבת עבודה צעירה, דינאמית בחברה ייחודית וחנייה כלולה.קו"ח - Show more Show less
