עיריית חיפה מגייסת עו״ס משפחה למחלקה לשירותים חברתיים מזרח חיפה, בהיקף של 100% משרה.התפקיד כולל ליווי משפחות, בניית יחסי אמון וקירבה, סיוע בהתמודדות עם אתגרי החיים, בניית ויישום תוכנית התערבות בשותפות עם המשפחה, ניהול תיק ההתערבות ותיאום מול כלל הגורמים המטפלים.במסגרת התפקיד נדרשת גם השתתפות וניהול של ועדות ודיונים בעניינה של המשפחה, תיעוד וריכוז המידע בתיק ההתערבות, וכן זיהוי צרכי המשפחות בקהילה וקידום מענים מתאימים.דרישות התפקיד:• תואר בוגר בעבודה סוציאלית • רישום בפנקס העובדים הסוציאלייםהיקף המשרה: 100%להגשת קורות חיים: Show more Show less
