User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Spines is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive paid‑media growth across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and other RTB platforms. Reporting to the CMO, you will own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and execution to optimization and performance reporting—in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and continuously optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and additional RTB platforms.
• Manage acquisition budgets to achieve target CPA and ROAS while maximizing ROI.
• Analyze campaign data using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Lead A/B testing of ads, landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with content, design and product teams to ensure alignment with brand and business goals.
• Leverage automation and data‑driven tools to scale campaigns efficiently.
• Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in PPC or user acquisition roles.
• Proven track record managing high‑budget campaigns and optimizing for ROI.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Self‑motivated and passionate about growth marketing and data‑driven decision making.
