Software Development Manager – Embedded Software (Hands‑On)

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead the design, development, delivery, and operations of large‑scale embedded software solutions. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on technical work, allowing you to dive into code, debug complex system‑level issues, and shape architecture directly.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision for embedded systems projects, including architecture, performance targets, and technology adoption.
