Senior Robotics Surgery Start-Up Specialist

About the role

Medtronic is expanding its robotic assisted surgery portfolio and seeks a Senior Robotics Surgery Start‑Up Specialist to lead the integration of the HUGO™ RAS system in hospitals across Israel and the broader EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders, define goals and metrics for the HUGO™ RAS system.
• Conduct regular program review meetings to keep initiatives on track.
• Develop surgeon training plans, coordinate off‑site training, and arrange proctored cases.
• Create staff training programs and support personnel through their learning curve.
• Attend cases during learning sessions to support technology adoption.
• Apply change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and secure buy‑in.
• Coach hospital staff to achieve self‑sufficiency and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Medtronic field service engineers and hospital teams for system installation and start‑up.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with experience in robotic surgery program implementation.
• In‑depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain and hospital operations.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary stakeholders and drive transformational change.
• Willingness to travel across Israel and potentially other EMEA locations.
