Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) – Enterprise SaaS

About the role

An established, high‑growth global InsurTech and PropTech enterprise SaaS company delivering automated insurance tracking and compliance software for the commercial real estate and construction sectors. The Israeli R&D centre operates as an agile, highly autonomous core group driving product innovation, with exceptional workplace flexibility (3 days working from home). The office is located in a premier business hub in Central Tel Aviv, a short walk from the train station.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Product Designer (UX/UI), taking end‑to‑end design ownership over complex, workflow‑driven enterprise B2B SaaS applications from discovery to production delivery.
• Lead user research, customer interviews, usability testing and competitive benchmarking, turning complex business processes and ambiguous feedback into intuitive product solutions.
• Architect end‑to‑end user journeys, wireframes, detailed interaction designs and production‑ready visual interfaces while evolving the scalable Design System in Figma.
• Design innovative AI‑assisted workflows and intelligent automation features that simplify multi‑stakeholder operational compliance and insurance processes.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers and Customer‑Facing teams to ensure seamless handoffs, validate feasibility and drive user‑centric iterations.
• Leverage product analytics, behavioral metrics and interactive prototypes to test hypotheses and continuously refine user engagement.

Required profile

• Proven track record in Product Design (UX/UI) with deep experience designing complex B2B SaaS platforms, workflow‑heavy engines or enterprise systems.
• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating rigorous UX methodology, systems thinking, user journey mapping, interaction design and polished visual UI execution.
• Hands‑on experience conducting UX research (customer discovery, user testing, prototype evaluation) and translating insights into practical roadmap features.
• Advanced mastery of Figma (design tokens, auto‑layout, interactive prototyping and shared design system maintenance).
• Demonstrated experience preparing clean, pixel‑perfect design specifications and developer handoffs for engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly in fluent English.
